Kritika Ghimire

Kritika Ghimire was diagnosed with relapsed cancer. After exhausting treatment options in Nepal, her medical team determined she needed specialized care including a bone marrow transplantation. Raised by her single mother — who left her job as a driver to become Kritika's full-time caregiver — the family faced mounting hardship.\n\nWith the support of Anuprastha Foundation and compassionate donors, Kritika traveled to Delhi, India, where she successfully underwent a life-saving bone marrow transplantation.\n\nToday, Kritika is healthy, cancer-free, and back home. She now supports other cancer patients by sharing her experience, and has started a small business selling traditional clothing — rebuilding her independence and looking toward a brighter future.
