In May 2023, Sanjan Gautam, along with the support of his community and fellow supporters, contributed a total of NRs. 3,00,000 towards assisting needy cancer patients. This included NRs. 2,80,000 raised through his charity streaming initiative and an additional NRs. 20,000 personally donated by Sanjan Gautam.
